How to Use

Simply adjust the pillow to your preferred level of support by plumping it up, and rolling your head back into the pillow by using a “no” motion of your head. It naturally molds to your neck and head for proper alignment. Ensure your shoulders are on the bed, not the pillow.

Spot clean then dry the cover as needed to keep it clean and fresh. Vacuuming is also a good option. If a full clean is required, you can lay it on the top/bottom racks of your dishwasher and use the longest, hottest cycle without detergent. Shake off excess water, and continue to dry in the sun flipping every couple hours. It should be dry by bedtime.

I have just purchased another pillow from Cumberland Perfect sleep. I have been using buckwheat pillows for 30 years now and I would never go to any other kind of pillow. I sleep so much better! Game changer!
Surprisingly effective and cool—like a mini chiropractor in a pillow! I'm extremely particular about my pillows—especially when it comes to staying cool. I've been loyal to gel pillows for years. But Donna convinced me to try this buckwheat pillow, assuring me it would feel just as cool, if not cooler. To my surprise, she was right. The airflow through the buckwheat hulls really does keep the pillow fresh and cool throughout the night. But what really shocked me was what happened after a few nights: my neck started to crack and release tension, just like after a chiropractic session. It was like the pillow was undoing years of built-up knots in my neck! Now, I actually look forward to going to bed. This pillow has totally changed the game for me.

After using your pillow I no longer lay down and try to sleep. I now go to sleep fast, and soundly. dont lay down with your clothes on, or you'll wake up the next day with your clothes on.

The pillow, oh the pillow. My story starts with a bad accident that happend when I was 21, a shattered pelvis. On top of that being born with a bad back (spondylolytic spondylolisthesis) my doctor told me when I get into my 40's I'll probably have alot of pain and sleepless nights. He was right. But on top of that I haven't had a solid night's sleep for the last 20 years. Now I do. 3 months and counting. The $78 pillow I was told might take a few weeks to get used to worked the very first night, it might not for some, but for me it was a miracle. Literally. After 3 months of using this bag of zzzz's I'm finally caught up on my lost 20 years of sleep.
