How to Use

Simply adjust the pillow to your preferred level of support by plumping it up, and rolling your head back into the pillow by using a “no” motion of your head. It naturally molds to your neck and head for proper alignment. Ensure your shoulders are on the bed, not the pillow.

Spot clean then dry the cover as needed to keep it clean and fresh. Vacuuming is also a good option. If a full clean is required, you can lay it on the top/bottom racks of your dishwasher and use the longest, hottest cycle without detergent. Shake off excess water, and continue to dry in the sun flipping every couple hours. It should be dry by bedtime.

My first buckwheat pillow
Before getting two of these pillows, I emailed with some questions. The responses came quick and Donna was so friendly in explaining the details. I got two of them and after my first night using my pillow, I am amazed at how supported I felt! The pillow is on the heavy side (heavier than a regular pillow), but once on the bed, and fluffed, it is incredibly comfortable and supportive. As someone very sensitive to sounds, I had no issues with any sounds made by the hulls inside, in fact, once your head is hugged by the pillow, that's it! The pillows are very well made, and come with great instructions, including how to clean them. A great product, with very thoughtful touches from the seller.
